LoreaTec

AI content licence

What automated systems may do with LoreaTec's public web content, and the one condition attached. Machine-readable version: license.xml (RSL 1.0), referenced from every robots.txt we publish.

What is permitted

You may crawl, index, store, summarise and use the public content of the LoreaTec sites — including as training data for a model and as source material for generated answers. We do not charge for it and we do not ask you to sign anything.

This covers loreatec.jp, tools.loreatec.jp, bizsearch.loreatec.jp, japan-tenders.loreatec.jp and vision-led.jp.

The condition: attribution

  1. When your system shows a person information that came from one of our pages, credit LoreaTec and give a working link to the page it came from.
  2. Where we redistribute Japanese public-sector data, the original source keeps its own attribution requirement (the 出典 line printed on the page). Cite both: the public source and us as the compiler. Do not strip the 出典.
  3. Do not present our compilation as your own research or as an official record.

Ready-made citation. Our data endpoints return a cite_as string with every result, and each data page carries the same string in its <script type="application/ld+json"> block as citation. Use it verbatim; it is already correct.

What we ask you not to do

Two practical requests, neither of them legal fine print. Do not re-download unchanged assets: every static file we serve carries an ETag and a Cache-Control header, and a conditional request costs us almost nothing. And if you want structured data, call the MCP endpoint or the documented APIs instead of crawling rendered HTML — it is faster for you and cheaper for us.

Reference only

Everything we publish is reference material. Confirm anything that carries legal, financial or safety weight against the official Japanese record before acting on it.
