Problem description: Blue screen after Windows logo and automatic reboot (HP Laptop).
Solution: Software set up.
Comment: This HP Laptop had a blue screen problem right after Windows logo. After showing the blue screen for one second it would automatically reboot on an endless loop. The laptop did not work on safe mode. In this case it was not a software problem and we could fix the PC in about 20 minutes for our carry-in customer.
