Our customer needed on site support for this Dell Inspiron 530 at Kita-ku, Tokyo. The PC shut down automatically once, and then after a few tries it worked again. However next time there was no power again and even after trying many times the PC will not boot.
We found what was causing the power problem and fixed the PC with new parts. Now the PC is booting and there was not damage to the data.
