Fujitsu FMV-BIBLO NF50W/V can not read profile error

Our customer brought this FMV-BIBLO NF50W/V to our office for repair.

After Windows log in screen there is a profile error and Windows logs off automatically.
Because of this problem our customer can not use the PC with that user and to make it worse it is the only administrator account on the PC.

We fixed the profile error within one our and now the PC logs in properly with all users. User data was not affected.

This Windows Vista PC only has 1GB of RAM memory installed. Which is a little low if you wan to run many programs at the same time. We also installed some extra memory to make the PC faster.

Some desktop icons, files and folders disappeared

After clicking on a malicious link our customer got a virus on a Windows 7 Sony Vaio desktop PC.

The Virus was removed using antivirus software, however many files, icons and folders that were on the desktop disappeared.

We fixed this issue and got back all the folders and files that were missing from the desktop even if the problem had happened more than half a year ago.

NEC ll750BS keyboard problem

Our customer brought this NEC laptop to our office in Kawaguchi, Saitama because first she could not log into Windows. At the log in screen the password was always wrong.

Even after reinstalling windows it does not work well. We found that the keyboard of this laptop is broken and one key is pressed permanently. Because of that the laptop does not work well. However in this case we can fix the keyboard without replacing it as only one none important key is broken.
